With all the talk in recent weeks about Eircom coming back to the stock market there have been numerous shows on Tv and radio about the whole spectacle. Matt Cooper had a spokesperson for Valentia on The Last Word over a week ago issuing the statements that would inspire a deluge of rants against the re-floatation of the company. This most recent article is more like an excerpt from a play, taken from the finance section of today’s Times. It’s perfectly satirical without the exactness of statement usually required to bring across such issues.
