I started web logging about 18 months ago with some basic start-up ideas. Initially I experimented with using a procmail script to take e-mails of a certain subject line and update a web page with these via a perl script then that evolved into using a package of perl scripts (Grey Matter) and so on. My web log never really amounted to a substantial collection of information or in any way a useful resource but I found it interesting and handy for keeping track of personal interests and items of curiousity. Hopefully this time around I’ll build up something worth reading. 🙂
