I note that 123.ie has won its case to claim the 123.eu domain after a long and, I’m sure, costly battle. Fair play to them for pursuing it and winning out and also to our local domain guru jmcc whom I believe helped them out in the case. However, I hope that the irony of running around, trying all available options, to great annoyance and time consumption, and ultimately having to pay a large sum of money for no justified reason hasn’t been wasted on one of Ireland’s leading insurance companies… source: ADR.eu id=188 and ADR.eu id=3668
