Can’t believe I only heard about this now but seemingly there are plans for a Eur 7bn fun park in Dublin. The plans for the park look like they are going to be opposed by the local council in question on the basis that the park would require 35 million visitors per year to be profitable. Somehow I think the only way a park would require that much money to be profitable would be if it was state owned. Anyway it should be very interesting to see what happens with this. source: Irish Examiner
