Reading in yesterday’s headlines, some bad news for Irish mobile company Mobile Aware. The company has sought the protection of the court and has had an examiner appointed to try and save the company from being wound up. The report highlights that Mobile Aware have many creditors including the revenue commissioners. This is more bad news for Dublin-based jobs after yesterday’s announcement that the maintenance company, SRT who service the Aer Lingus fleet may not be granted a renewal on their service contract, putting 1200 jobs in jeopardy. source: RTE Business Headlines
