Thanks to Rob for this story about a creature found washed up on a beach in Laytown. It looks like an eel but is black and red, has one eye, is about 1 metre in length, and has very strange looking teeth. I’m sure that the marine biologists will be flocking to Laytown to examine the creature. Full story is available in the Drogheda Independent.
