A new study has supposedly shown that the quality of life enjoyed by Irish people ranks highest in the world. I’d love to know how this study was conducted and exactly how many people outside of D4 were surveyed. To me the gross divide between rich and poor, the spiralling cost of living and the general inability to provide quality services says that if you’re not independently wealthy then you don’t enjoy the rat race in Ireland.
