I’ve been following the case recently of Liam Lawlor and all the disputes involved with extracting any information from the man. Personnally I would dub him to be Ireland’s answer to “Comical Ali” (Mohammed Saeed al-Sahhaf – the Iraqi information minister) thanks to his humourous denials of basically everything and suggesting otherwise. Last evening on the Last Word programme on Today FM I heard that the latest finding with respect to Liam’s activities is that when acting as a purchaser for some third party he tried to charge “finder” fees for a property that he personally owned and wanted to sell on. I can’t wait for the next action packed edition of Lawler Man…
