No it’s not the game but for anyone out there following the IBM vs SCO legal battle for the sale of Linux systems, there seems to have been an interesting turn of events. Originally SCO were sueing IBM for selling on the system but now IBM are counter sueing SCO for claiming that bits of a GPL system sold to the public are proprietary and for a nesting of other incidents.
